The first layer, in contact with the sole of the foot, is softer while the second, higher density, is equipped with discharge zones that allow to amortize the pressure points.

WEAR:
Each pack contains two insoles (1 right 1 left).
Make sure to select the correct size.
Place the right insole in each shoe (R = right - L = left) with the completely flat side facing upwards, in contact with the foot. The side with the debossed inserts will be in contact with the shoe.
Do not use a single insole as it could create imbalances.
CARE:
Hand wash with water without soap or detergent - Do not wring - Dry away from heat sources.
