2021 season is here and UGA Baseball needs you! In a unique year where the Dawgs won’t be able to feel your full strength, you can still show your support. Plant your face, rocking your favorite Bulldog gear in the first row at Foley Field by purchasing a fan cutout! 

• All cutouts are a very low price of $35, with multiple options to retrieve your cutout when the season concludes
• Cutouts will be placed on the first row of the lower level, ensuring TV time
• Proceeds from the sales will go directly to Georgia Athletics to support our student-athletes.
• Should the season be altered due to COVID-19 pandemic, fans will be contacted regarding their cutouts.
• All orders will be verified by Georgia Athletics

Orders will still be taken following this date and cutouts will be added to Foley Field for the season opener on February 19th.

Photo Submission Guidelines

1. No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans, or other branding.
2. University of Georgia branded attire only.  No third-party branding, including branding on apparel and in photo backgrounds. No attire or branding of other NCAA or professional sports teams.
3. No offensive or negative comments about The University of Georgia.
4. No personal identification such as names, e-mail addresses, license plates, phone numbers, or street addresses.
5. No names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person without permission.
6. No political statements, logos, slogans, or other political content.
7. No alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons.
8. No lewd, inappropriate, or offensive photos.
9. Your image must fill the entire top section of the cutout with no gaps or spaces or it is likely to be rejected.  For best results, place your head as close as possible to the top of the cutout.  

The University of Georgia Athletic Association reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate including sizing of the image.  The University of Georgia Athletic Association will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason.  All cutouts may be removed at the discretion of the team if fans are allowed to return to the games in person or for any reason they deem necessary.  All sales are final – no refunds.

FAQ

Can I have multiple people on one cutout?
One (1) person per cutout is preferred.

Can I submit a pic of my pet for my cutout?
Yes. A fan cutout of your pet must be a separate purchase from a cutout of yourself. All pets are welcomed especially Dawgs!

What can I wear in my uploaded pic for the cutout?
Fans can use any photo with Georgia branded attire. Certain apparel that is not allowed: third-party branding, other NCAA teams, lewd, inappropriate or offensive photos, alcohol, illegal drugs or firearms/weapons, political statements or slogans.

Where will my fan cutout be located?
General cutouts will be placed on a first come first served basis within the first row of the lower level in Foley Field. Once the lower level is filled the cutouts will be placed in designated sections throughout the stadium starting behind home plate.

Can I submit a pic in a military uniform?
Yes, the University of Georgia will allow uniformed military personnel to wear their uniform in their picture.

Will multiple cutouts in the same order be sat together?
Placement is not guaranteed but the University of Georgia will do their best to seat cutouts in the same order together. If you place an order with multiple cutouts but select different options (i.e. some have shipping and some don't) they will not be sat together.

How is the team going to let me know where to find my cutout?
The University of Georgia will take photos of each section as cutouts are installed and will host sections' photos on . Fans will be notified by email when photos are available.

Do I get my fan cutout back and if so how?
You will have the option to have the cutout to be shipped to you at the end of the season. You will be able to add on a shipping cost to have it delivered after the season concludes. Pick up options may be offered at a later date.

Is my purchase tax-deductible?
No, the fan cutout is a purchase outside of the University of Georgia Athletic Association. All proceeds from the purchases will go to the COVID-19 UGA Athletics Fund.

What if my cutout is damaged?
All payments made to purchase cutouts are final and such payments shall not be refunded for any reason. Reasons also include, but not limited to, the delay, suspension, cancellation, or early termination of the 2020 season.
